HR COORDINATOR
Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent performs various administrative tasks in human resources as well as the implementation and follow-up of several processes established within the department. The coordinator also participates in the design and development of several projects and new programs in human resources.
Main responsibilities and tasks
-Carry out the entire staffing process as well as the onboarding and integration process for positions to be filled on the production floor;
-Write various communications and forward them to the appropriate recipients;
-Ensure the management and distribution of work equipment;
-Create and update several administrative files in human resources management;
-Create and update several administrative files in human resources management; Travel to the production area on a weekly basis;
Answer questions asked by employees and ensure the necessary follow-ups;
-Participate in the development and implementation of various programs and committees in human resources management;
-Participate in the organization of activities and events for employees;
-Assist the Human Resources Director and the Human Resources Advisor;
-Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements for the position
-An administrative technique (DEC), a certificate in human resources management/industrial relations or any other relevant training;
-One (1) year experience in a similar position;
-Bilingualism (French and English spoken/written);
-Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
