TEAM LEAD wanted for the DAY and EVENING shift (40-55hr/week) with a salary starting at $17/hour depending on experience.

YOUR SKILLS

• Good manual dexterity, versatility
• Good physical endurance (repetitive work, standing) and tolerance to cold (refrigerated plant)
• Availability, punctuality and assiduity at work are de rigueur.
• Team spirit, proactivity and sense of priorities
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Confirm work orders and assign tasks to employees;
• Report any problems related to production and/or equipment malfunctions;
• Train employees and ensure that they understand and master the tasks inherent to the positions;
• Ensure productivity, quality and safety in the workplace;
• Create the production data report;
• Perform all other related tasks.
